Dhea currently serves as the president for TKA. She has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. She is a graduate of Columbus State and hold her CIC, CISR and CPIA designations. Dhea and Drex have been married for 27 years and have four children. Dhea is involved with The Emmaus Community, United Methodist Women, is on the board at Scioto Ridge UMC and various other outreach ministries. She enjoys the outdoors, her family, and the love of Christ.

Elizabeth has been in the insurance industry for several years and handles the personal lines for the agency. She enjoys the Arts and painting, as well as volunteer work in the community and at her church.
Isaiah is a native Californian who attended Christian Life College and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology. Isaiah and his wife Cheryl are raising their young daughter while also actively ministering in the church.
Before coming to TKA , Kim worked in various administrative capacities at two Columbus based law firms. She is mom to three wonderful daughters, Rachel, Maren and Lindsay. She and her husband, Tim, have been married for 26 years. Kim enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Barb has retired from her first career of 42 years as a Respiratory Therapist working with children with asthma. In addition to her duties at TKA she currently is the organizational 4-H Club Advisor with Serendipity 4-H club in Franklin county. She is also very active in her church where she recently stepped down as congregation president after 8 years and is now sharing head trustees duties with her husband Mike. Mike and Barb have been married for 5 years and have 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren ranging in age from 15 years old to 2 years old.
Dane is working with our 501(c)(3) partners to ensure their needs are takencare of, and is currently working on a new project to bring to life a Nonprofit of our own.
Dane graduated from Shawnee State University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He found a passion for nonprofits

Allison works with the social media sites and this website.
She has her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from Wright State. Allison is a full time Special Education high school teacher, where she is the Fall Homecoming and Youth and Government Advisor. She volunteers her time with the Franklin County 4-H program and her church.
